The closing date to avail of the discount for 2017-18 membership is 16th March, we would encourage you to keep that date in your minds.
Feel free to pay a member of the Committee, one of whom you will find at Saturday & Wednesday social tennis or at men’s practice on Sunday mornings.
Alternatively you can direct debit to the club’s bank account (contact a committee member for those details) or the Paypal facility on the club’s website Membership
This year Friday Night Team Tennis will commence on Friday 21st October and run for 5 weeks, ending Friday 2nd December (no matches Friday28th October due to Bank Holiday)
Each team is made up of two doubles pairings and their score is added together after each match to give a team score. The pairings are selected at random and is usually one lady and one gent depending on the number of ladies and gents who enter.

There is a once off fee of €10 to enter which is used for prizes at the end of the competition
Saturday Afternoon’s – starting Saturday 8th October at 12 noon
and will run for 10 weeks finishing up on Saturday 10th December, with
refreshments and prize giving. There is a once off entry fee of €5 which will be used for refreshments, including mulled wine & mince pies, and prizes
Wednesday Night’s – starting Wednesday 12th October at 7 pm and will run for 10 weeks finishing up on Wednesday 14th December, with refreshments and prize giving.
There is a once off entry fee of €10 which will be used for prizes, refreshments and money towards lights
Volunteers are sought to help in a general tidy of clubhouse and surroundings. This will take place on Saturday 24th September at 10am. If you are able to attend and help out please contact any committee member, or just turn up with some gardening gloves.
The club championship competition will start on Monday the 14th August and run until finals day, the 3rd September. The competition entry form is attached. If you are interested in entering the competition, details can be found on the form. Applications need to be received by Saturday of next week the 13th August with the competition starting the 14th August. Please ensure you are available to play on finals day, the 3rd September before you enter the competition.
